About Karean Eissler, Senior Partner
Trained as a professional coach and professional project manager,
Karean has been in private practice since 2007. Her experience
includes process and project management in the pharmaceutical,
CRO and biotech industries. She has managed small projects as
well as large global projects for multiple pharmaceutical and
academic sponsors and has coached executives in large as well as
small companies.
Karean is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and
has been trained in Six Sigma and Lean methodologies. She has
been a Master Black Belt, coach and trainer for corporate clients.
Additionally, her training by an International Coaching Federation
accredited institution earned her designation as Certified
Professional Coach.
Recognizing that people are multidimensional, Karean works with
clients to look beyond issues alone and focus on who they are and
who they want to become.
