At InsightRx Consulting LLC, we believe leaders can leverage the strengths they already have

By using different proven methodologies uniquely blended for each client, we customize
solutions and modify approaches to more effectively resolve challenges. We often use a mix of
classic project management, six sigma and lean thinking combined with coaching and change
management.
Good leaders sometimes get stuck and need a "thinking partner" to help them resolve what's
getting in their way. While teammates, bosses, significant others are often the solutions,
sometimes teams and leaders may need a little bit more. We provide a safe, comfortable
space to talk through what's happening and help you to find the answers you need.
We do group facilitation as well as one-on-one coaching. We provide "Unique Prescriptions for

We believe in lean and efficient business practices. While some engagements are handled by
our Senior Partner, Karean Eissler, we have associates that we engage as needed according
to the client needs. Our associates can be professional coaches, professional project
managers, or six sigma/lean professional practitioners. This helps us to focus our staff on
their strengths, minimize our business overhead, and pass these efficiencies onto our clients.
